As an innovative company, we possess a significant utility patent that encompasses crucial technology for our products. However, we discovered numerous sellers selling infringing products without authorization, severely infringing upon our intellectual property rights. In order to safeguard our interests and innovative achievements, we decided to take legal action.
In early March this year, we took legal action and filed lawsuits against infringing sellers operating on various platforms. We have used utility patents to successfully sue nearly a thousand infringing sellers, effectively protecting our intellectual property rights.

The nearly 1000 infringing sellers were found to have infringed upon our utility patent and were ordered to cease selling the infringing products. Furthermore, the court ruled for the infringing sellers to compensate us for our losses, thereby compensating us for our economic damages and upholding our intellectual property rights.
